Our Services
At Coastal Pulmonary Care, we offer a range of diagnostic and therapeutic services for pulmonary diseases and conditions. We work closely with local durable medical equipment companies to provide supplemental oxygen, CPAP, BiPAP and non-invasive respirators and can adjust settings of these machines as needed.
Initial evaluation for respiratory and sleep conditions

Onsite full pulmonary function tests

Ordering chest X-rays, CT scans, sleep studies, lung biopsies and bronchoscopies

Meet our Providers
Dave and Hilary met in PA school in 1994, married and are now raising their family on California's beautiful central coast. Together, they opened their pulmonary office in Atascadero in Fall, 2023.
Dave Anderson PA-C
Dave received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Sciences from Saint Francis College in Loretto, Pennsylvania. He began his focus in pulmonary medicine in 2008 when he joined Central Coast Chest Consultants. He continued working in lung and sleep health when he joined the pulmonary specialty clinic associated with French Hospital in 2020 before starting his own lung specialty practice in Atascadero in 2023. Prior to specializing in pulmonary medicine, he worked in family medicine, urgent care and industrial medicine. He has been practicing medicine since 1997.
Hilary Anderson PA-C
Hilary received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Sciences from Saint Francis College in Loretto, Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Dave in pulmonary medicine, she worked in geriatric medicine with home and assisted living visits; she has experience in family medicine, urgent care and women's health. She also enjoys doing military readiness evaluations on military bases throughout California.
